I got a payment error. What do I do? |

If you get a ’payment error’, it means that our payment processor has rejected your payment. We are not given a specific reason when this happens. Reasons for rejection can be:
Please try again by ordering anew. If you have another card you can use, preferably from another bank, please do. Your order will most likely go through. If it doesn’t, see below for our other payment options. NOTE: If you used Points in the order that didn’t process, simply go to My Account > My Orders and cancel the order in question. This will release your Points immediately so you can use them again for a different order. If you keep having problems with credit card payments then there are some alternatives:
